it becomes at once evident that the available land for building purposes brought into value greatly exceed that at present co- cupied by the City of Victoria, and that therefore our client's scheme, presents untold possibilities. All building operations would be undertaken below the Pokfulum reservoir so as not to interfere with the Reservoir.

Our client has a firm conviction that the making of this Tunnell and railway line through it, and the opening up of a new area for building purposes will prove of great benefit

to the general public of this Colony.
